• Old Library Theatre presents "The Hello Girls" in October (newjerseystage.com) — Fair Lawn theater fans can catch Old Library Theatre's production of "The Hello Girls" at the George Frey Performing Arts Center on 20th Street from October 16–25, 2026. The World War I–era musical highlights America's first women soldiers, with multiple weekend performances and $30 tickets available online for local residents planning fall entertainment.
   

• Kids break into Bergen County high school overnight, steal vehicle (northjersey.com) — Local police, including Fair Lawn officers, helped respond after four juveniles allegedly broke into Ramapo High School overnight, carried a realistic toy rifle, and took a school-owned vehicle on a ride to another high school. The minors, ages 11 to 17, were taken into custody without incident, released to their parents, and may face charges as the investigation continues.
