Sights and sounds from Movies and Music Under the Stars Saturday at the Fort Lee Community Center
Followng the scorching beat of R&B/Jazz music by "La Fuerza Positiva," Movies & Music Under The Stars further entertained the audience with a special guest appearance by two of the actors that appeared in Woody Allen's Broadway Danny Rose. Joe Franklin, co-starred in the movie, appearing as himself, and Nick "Apollo" Forte played a "has been" lounge singer, Lou Carnova. Before the movie began, Michael T. Wright lead a discussion/interview with Franklin And Forte, discussing what it was like to be in the movie and what it was like working with Woody Allen. Forte further wooed the audience by singing a few tunes and playing the keyboard.
