- They wanted the Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken on top of White Rice w/Cabbs & Collards w/ Smoked Turkey & Potato Salad as their sides for this Platter…
The Potato Salad came on the side because I'm a firm believer of not putting cold sides in with hot food. (Nextdoor Galloway) - They wanted Baked Spaghetti w/ Cabbs & Collards w/Smoked Turkey & Cucumber, Onion & Tomato Salad for the sides w/ this platter.
Which also came w/ Garlic Bread. The salad came on the side because cold sides should not go in a platter with hot food. (Nextdoor Galloway)
