The state released information of administrators' median salaries for the 2019-20 school year.
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — The median salaries for administration in both the Gloucester Township K-8 Public School District and the Black Horse Pike Regional School District decreased from last year, according to data recently released by the state ahead of the 2019-20 school year.
The Gloucester Township K-8 Public School District pays the superintendent, principals and administrator a median salary of $110,000, which is 1.79 percent less than last year. The district ranks No. 420 in the state for salaries.
The Black Horse Pike Regional School District pays the superintendent, principals and administrators a median salary of $107,774, which is 5.46 percent less than last year. The district ranks No. 450 in the state for salaries.

The state median is $125,207, which is a 1 percent increase over 2018.
The released information is part of the state Department of Education's Taxpayer's Guide to Education Spending that was just released, showing the median salary in every New Jersey school district and charter school.

In addition to median salaries, the site also shows each district's total spending, average daily enrollment and students from sending districts, the per-pupil costs and the district's total budget spending for 2018 and 2019.
Gloucester Township spent a total of $124,339,968 in the 2017-18 school year, at a cost of $19,274 per pupil. The student to teacher ratio is 11:8.
Black Horse Pike spent a total of $82,276,165 in the 2017-18 school year, at a cost of $22,773 per pupil. The student to teacher ratio is 12:4.
