The work on the final sections of the Hillsborough bypass will begin at 9:30 p.m. and continue until 7 a.m. on Saturday.

Canal Road will be closed between Blackwells Mills Road and Jacques Lane and will remain closed 24/7 until repairs are completed.

Breaking: The Griggstown Causeway in Montgomery is closed due to flooding on Friday, police announced in an alert around 8:53 a.m.
Hillsborough received a $508,000 grant for the repaving of Beekman Lane. Work will also be done on Falcon Road and the Route 206 Bypass.
The roadway had closed on Sunday night and reopened around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Somerset County reported.
Drivers are asked to seek an alternate route and avoid the area.
