Another Hoboken Small Business Moves Up To The Main Drag

A shop with a "coastal vibe" and a location in Bay Head has surfed over from a Hoboken side street to Washington Street.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A month after Ally Bridal set up shop on Washington Street after moving from a few blocks west on Park Avenue, another small business that was off the beaten path has likewise moved onto busy Washington Street.

Dune and Salt, the apparel and home goods shop with a "curated coastal vibe," had operated on quiet 12th Street since 2019. That initial location has now closed, and the store opened its Washington Street location over the past weekend.

The shop also has a location in Bay Head, and the owners also run The Girt in Sea Girt.

The new location is next door to Brooklyn Lobster, which opened in May.
