Suspended Monmouth County Employee Arrested In Holmdel
A man who worked as a naturalist for Monmouth County Parks was stopped again for a sex-related crime, this time in Holmdel.

HOLMDEL, NJ — A man who is currently suspended from his job as a naturalist with the Monmouth County Parks System has been stopped again for a sex-related crime, and was charged with a DWI.
Albin Wicki, 27, of Union Beach, was stopped by police in Holmdel this past Sunday after a woman said he sexually propositioned her. The alleged incident happened at 7:30 Sunday morning: The woman, who was out walking in her neighborhood, called Holmdel police to report that a man sitting in his car offered her money in exchange for oral sex. She walked away, and gave police a description of the vehicle and the man.
Holmdel police stopped the car as it was driving off. They said Wicki was intoxicated, with a blood alcohol level more than three times over the legal limit.

This is not the first time he has been arrested. As Patch reported at the time, Wicki was arrested in December for allegedly exposing himself to female Middletown pedestrians. At that time, he worked as a naturalist for the Monmouth County Parks Department, a job that requires doing park maintenance and sometimes giving nature tours to the public. He made a salary of $31,250 per year.
Following his December arrest, he was suspended without pay from his county job, and he remained suspended when the alleged incident happened Sunday, said Monmouth County spokeswoman Jennifer Nelson.

In the Holmdel incident, Wicki was driving a gray 2004 Ford Escape with a New Jersey registration. Holmdel police ask that if you experienced a similar incident involving that kind of car, to please call them at 732-946-4400.
In the previous Middletown incident, Wicki would slowly drive alongside women while they were walking, expose his genitals and masturbate in front of them before driving off, police said. One of the women was under 18. The alleged incidents happened Wednesday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Dec. 2, 2016.
