County Job Suspended for Middletown Alleged Car Flasher

Albin F. Wicki works full time for Monmouth County as a naturalist. He has been suspended in light of his arrest.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ - The Monmouth County parks employee who was arrested last week for allegedly exposing himself to Middletown pedestrians has been temporarily suspended from his job with the county, a parks spokeswoman told Patch Monday.

Albin Wicki, 26, is employed full time with the Monmouth County Parks System as a naturalist. Following his arrest Thursday, he was suspended without pay pending the outcome of the police investigation, parks spokeswoman Karen Livingstone said. He makes $31,250 per year, according to a search of New Jersey public employee salaries.

Wicki was arrested Thursday by Middletown PD: Police say he would slowly drive alongside his victims while they were walking, expose his genitals and masturbate in front of them before driving off. At least two women, one of whom was under 18, said Wicki exposed himself to them, Middletown police said. Wicki is also the son of Union Beach Council president Albin Wicki, Sr.
