Dohm and his ex-wife, Sandra Hughes-Dohm, had joint custody of the boys, who live full time in Landing, New Jersey. Kristopher Dohm allegedly asked the boys’ mother if he could take them out of state in February to visit an ailing family member.
Hughes-Dohm agreed, and expected the boys back on Feb. 9.
