
I always have people look twice when I scoop up my two granddaughters in one shot. Do you think I could have done that a decade ago? Probably not. Dancing, Zumba, belly dancing, it's all helped to develop and strengthen muscles. I never had much upper body strength and it even surprises me that I was actually able to get stronger muscles even at my age. So the moral of this story is... no matter how old you are, exercising will help you tone up and gain muscle strength back... wow, wasn't I surprised!
