Sparta resident has been in jail since May when he was arrested in Parsippany with a quarter-kilogram of cocaine.

A Sparta Township man arrested in Parsippany after a months-long investigation pleaded guilty Wednesday to cocaine possession with the intent to distribute, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp announced.

Pablo Home, 30, was arrested on May 21 and found to be in possession of a quarter-kilogram of cocaine in his car with a street value of $12,000. Home’s alleged drug activities had been investigated since February when a Wharton police officer stopped him and turned over evidence to county authorities.

Along with the plea, Home agreed to forfeit $13,676 – the proceeds of his drug distribution activity, Knapp said.
