WHO TEACHES IT?
Certified Personal Trainer and award-winning, Group Exercise Instructor, Maryann King. I have taught many Bootcamp classes over my 20+ years teaching. This bootcamp located at Innovation Fitness in Butler, NJ, will have a maximum of 10 people and be like personal training with a much smaller price tag.
WHERE IS IT?
Bootcamps are held at Innovation Fitness, Butler, NJ This is an awesome place for this class. Lots of room and fitness “toys” at our disposal to change it up week to week.
