Nineties alt-rock band Gin Blossoms, which released its newest album, "No Chocolate Cake" in 2010, will perform at the Newton Theatre on August 17, starting at 8 p.m.
The band, known for such hits as "Hey Jealousy," "Found Out About You" and "Follow You Down," will bring its blend of pop, grunge and rock with original members Bill Leen on bass and Jesse Valenzuela on guitar, adding singer Robin Wilson, drummer Scott Hessel and guitarist Scott Johnson to the lineup.
Tickets for the show are $59 for premium seats, $49 for orchestra seats and $39 for balcony seats and can be purchased online at The Newton Theatre's website or by calling the theatre's box office at 973-383-3700.
