It will be interesting to see how Robbinsville, Bernard’s, and now Warren Township and Somerset County Borough's BPU complaints against JCP&L will fare. From what I understand, Robbinsville is seeking 95k in restitution and revocation of JCP&L’s franchise in favor of the parent company, PSE&G. Does our township have any plans to join in this action? Would that wake up PSE&G? Would they take control and address all of the inadequacies, or just send another panel of PR people to us explaining what they think they did right?
Winter is coming and so is the snow. Like a lot of commentors here, I worry about the next heavy rain, snow or wind. What I heard at the last JCP&L presentation addressed none of my concerns about the upcoming winter.
