Real Estate Tip of the Day - Take Photos Now!!!

While driving around Long Valley this morning, it's hard not to notice that the buds on the trees are ready to pop! 

If you think that you'll be selling your home within the next year or so, consider taking seasonal pictures of your home and property.  There's one opportunity each year to get the best photos and that spring opportunity is almost here!  Try to take those photos with the highest resolution possible and save them, digitally, to your computer for your agent to use when it's time to put your house on the market.  Mark your calendar to do it again in late June when the pool is open and your outdoor furniture is set up on the patio.  Fall photos, when the trees are at peak color are beautiful, as are winter photos with a blanket of snow and some simple holiday decorations. 

Create a library for future use so that buyers can envision your home at all times of the year.
