In May of that year, when Washington Township police were responding to a call for an intoxicated and disorderly person, they found Addeo in a Glen Ridge Drive home. During an investigation she allegedly threatened to kill an officer.

Less than a year later, in April 2012, Addeo was found “slumped” over the steering wheel of her car, while the vehicle was still in gear but stuck on the side of Fairmount Road. An investigation revealed Addeo had allegedly consumed alcohol and “a large amount of prescription drugs” in that incident. Addeo was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, consuming alcohol in a vehicle, and failure to keep right.
