• Man Drunkenly Drove To Police HQ In Long Valley: Blotter (patch.com) — Long Valley residents are being reminded not to drink and drive after police reported two recent DUI arrests in town, including one man who allegedly showed up at police headquarters while impaired. Another driver was stopped on Schooleys Mountain Road and also charged, with both released to responsible adults under John's Law.
   

• Former Olympian Acquitted in Student Shooting by Reason of Insanity (americanow.com) — A 2019 shooting at an equestrian farm in Long Valley left student Lauren Kanarek critically injured after being shot twice in the chest by Olympic dressage trainer Michael Barisone. A jury later found Barisone not guilty by reason of insanity, leading to his civil commitment and eventual release in 2023, following psychiatric evaluations.
