MARLBORO, NJ — A teen from Marlboro won his second world title in martial arts at the American Taekwondo Association(ATA) world champion, in Phoenix, AZ, on July 30, according to Centraljersey.com.

Jason Lewis, 18, graduated from Marlboro High School in 2020. He won his first world championship at just 11 years old and has qualified for the competition every year since then, despite not earning any new medals until this year, the publication also wrote.

"To become a world champion it takes lots of training, but most importantly just being disciplined over many years and being consistent with your training," Lewis said in a video posted on Marlboro ATA Martial Arts's social media.
