3rd Annual Blues & Brews benefit for Alzheimer's NJ

Free benefit for Alzheimer's of NJ, Blues music, beer and barbeque. Prizes, family and fun was had by all!

What is better than sitting in a beautiful sunny courtyard listening to Blues music and sipping on some ice-cold beer? Arbor Terrace of Middletown hosted their 3rd annual Brews and Blues event on Sunday June 11th from 2-5 pm. It was a hot day temps reaching into the mid 90’s, but the weather did not stop anyone, over 150 attendees came! It was a time where families, friends and the community at large came together to raise money for the Alzheimer’s New Jersey. Barbeque Bob and the Spareribs played in the courtyard while the guests helped themselves to delicious barbeque food.

“It was a nice day, said Allison Nappi Senior Care Counselor at Arbor Terrace of Middletown, it was day where smiles were on everyone’s faces”. Arbor Terrace of Middletown raised over $1000 during the event and their fundraising efforts still continue. People were able to buy raffle tickets to be entered in to win gift baskets that were donated by vendors. All in all, it was a wonderful day full of laughter, dancing and spending time with one another.

Arbor Terrace of Middletown is looking forward to hosting their 4th Blues and Brews event in June 2018! Don't miss it!!
