Free Talk June 18 From Middletown Historical Society

The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Poricy Park Nature Center. Given by John Fabiano of the Monmouth County Historical Commission.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — John Fabiano, executive director of the Monmouth County Historical Commission, will present his talk "The Search for Molly Pitcher" at the Middletown Township Historical Society on Monday, June 18.

In recent decades, historians have found multiple real-life women who may have been the legendary figure, and Fabiano's presentation will make the case for his personal selection. Fabiano is a tireless researcher of the Revolutionary period, and is also the president of the Allentown-Upper Freehold Historical Society. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Poricy Park Nature Center at 345 Oak Hill Road in Middletown (Red Bank mailing address). All are welcome.

All speaker events from the Middletown Township Historical Society are free for the public to attend, and are held on the third Monday of each month at the Poricy Park Nature Center, 345 Oak Hill Road in Middletown, NJ.
