Middletown February Police Blotter

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — During the period of February 1 through February 28, 2021, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 3,663 calls for service, including 284 first aid calls, 52 Fire Calls, 100 burglar alarms, and 132 motor vehicle crashes.

Police officers arrested 34 individuals, including 5 for outstanding bench warrants and 7 for domestic violence. Arrests are as follows:

Brianna Garcia-Tenny, age 20, from Red Bank, was arrested by Officer Elzbieta Banel for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Garcia-Tenny was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Brandon Tracey, age 20, from Keyport, was arrested by Officer Joshua Revette for driving under the influence. Tracey was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Lance Kehoe, age 46, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for driving under the influence. Kehoe was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Christopher Norman, age 53, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Michael Heaton for disorderly conduct. Norman was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michael Garaffa, age 26, from Hazlet, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Zubkow for criminal mischief. Garaffa was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Joseph Guccione, age 47, from Monroe, was arrested by Officer Mohammed Masood for a contempt of court warrant and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Guccione was processed and released to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department.

Allen Wright, age 60, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for theft of a motor vehicle. Wright was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Kristopher Richter, age 31, from Ocean Grove, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Richter was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Shahid Rhashid, age 53, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Rhashid was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Roy Ward, age 42, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Raymond Sofield for a contempt of court warrant. Ward was processed and released after posting bail.

Paul Clement, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence. Clement was processed and released.

Dante Dedonno, age 47, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Stephen Greenwood for shoplifting. Dedonno was processed and released.

Joseph Carroll, age 33, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Paul Hadinger for a contempt of court warrant. Carroll was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Loretta Motilall, age 31, from Belleville, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Motilall was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Darren Harbison, age 28, from Keansburg, was arrested by Officer Ryan Pigott for eluding apolice officer, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harbison was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Michael Cupri, age 32, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of prohibited weapons. Crupi was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Paul Clement, age 49, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Brian Macdonald for driving under the influence. Clement was processed and released.

James Squeo, age 66, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Elzbieta Banel for driving under the influence. Squeo was processed and released.

Ryan Davidson, age 23, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Omar Akel for driving under the influence. Davidson was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Robert Alequin, age 52, from Long Branch, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of drug paraphernalia. Alequin was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Tiffanile Czaplicki, age 38, from Middletown, was arrested by Officer Kenneth Ross for throwing bodily fluid on a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief, hindering, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Czaplicki was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Paul Triola, age 33, from Edison, was arrested by Officer Eric Van Schaack for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Triola was processed and released on a summons complaint.

A person that has been arrested or charged with an offense is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Additionally, except in specific circumstances, arrest and complaint information and names of those charged may be released.
