MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Released by Middletown police, the following contains the arrests and police activities for the Middletown Twp. police department during the time period of November 19, 2017 through December 2, 2017:

During the period of November 19, 2017 through December 2, 2017, the Middletown Twp. Police Department responded to 1,529 calls for service, including 71 first aid calls, 36 motor vehicle crashes, and 43 burglary and fire alarms. Police officers arrested 15 individuals for outstanding bench warrants and six for domestic violence. Arrests include:

Allison Casele, age 33, from Pine Beach, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for a contempt of court warrant. Casele was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Steven Engkilterra, age 33, from Seaside Heights, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for a contempt of court warrant. Engkilterra was processed and released after posting bail.

James Sabatelli, age 27, from Red Bank, was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Pigott for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Sabatelli was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Robert Mondana, age 33, from Belford, was arrested by Ptl. Nicholas Manochio for a non -support warrant. Mondana was processed and turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.

Shakaris Burnley, age 24, from Milwaukee, WI, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Burnley was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Fabian Arzuaga, age 18, from Parlin, was arrested by Ptl. Nicholas Zubkow for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jillian McGaffigan, age 29, from Dedham, MA, was arrested by Ptl. Ian May for a contempt of court warrant. McGaffigan was processed and released.

Robert Hickman, age 57, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Michael Pintilie for driving under the influence and reckless driving. Hickman was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Anthony Scott, age 30, from Highlands, was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Pigott for possession of toxic chemicals. Scott was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Keon Thompson, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Walden for criminal mischief, possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thompson was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Andrew Cutrupi, age 23, from Colts Neck, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cutrupi was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Lucianna Powell, age 18, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Brian McGrogan for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Powell was processed and released on a summons complaint.

James Gansereit Jr., age 20, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for possession of marijuana in an amount under 50 grams. Gansereit was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Raymond Phillips, age 38, from Highlands, was arrested by Ptl. Elzbieta Banel for a contempt of court warrant. Phillips was processed and released to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.

Travis Sherman, age 35, from Hazlet, was arrested by Ptl. Michael Heaton for shoplifting. Sherman was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Melissa Hopf, age 41, from Keansburg, was arrested by Ptl. Daniel Benbrook for shoplifting. Hopf was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Rodney Reid, age 25, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Eric Van Schaack for contempt of court warrants. Reid was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Heather Rock, age 42, from Keansburg, was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles. Rock was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Frederick Best, age 31, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Michael Heaton for shoplifting. Best was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Matthew Mcallister, age 25, from Staten Island, was arrested by Ptl. Ricardo Cruz for contempt of court warrants. Mcallister was processed and lodged at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Jeffrey Robin, age 24, from Maplewood, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Davis for a contempt of court warrant. Robin was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Thomas Schnoor 3rd, age 21, from Middletown, was arrested by Detective Daniel Sullivan for a contempt of court warrant. Schnoor was processed and released after posting bail.

Jonathan Milton, age 42, from Jersey City, was arrested by Ptl. Julian Reis for a contempt of court warrant. Milton was processed and released on a summons complaint.

Christopher Messiha, age 22, from Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. Nicholas Manochio for possession of syringe. Messiha was processed and released on a summons complaint.
