New TJ Maxx Opening in Middletown Next Sunday

A new TJ Maxx is opening in Middletown next Sunday, Nov 13. The first 200 shoppers will receive a free reusable shopping bag.

As a welcome to the community gesture, TJ Maxx will donate $5,000 to the Raine Foundation at the 7:30 AM ribbon cutting ceremony, and will sponsor other national charitable organizations.

“We are pleased to provide a new store in Middletown, delivering value and an exciting selection of merchandise to serve the needs of customers,” said Richard Sherr, President of T.J.Maxx. “With thousands of new items from top designers and brands arriving in stores weekly from around the world, shoppers will discover a new store full of amazing values every time they visit.”

Located in the Middletown Plaza, the store will be open from 9:30 AM-9:30 PM Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM on Sunday. The store will open two hours early on their grand opening, to give shoppers extra time to peruse the racks.

TJ Maxx is known for selling name-brand clothes as discounted prices, as well as accessories and assorted homegoods.
