Pie-Eating Contest at Monmouth County Fair July 31
The fair runs Wednesday-Sunday, July 27-31 at the East Freehold Showgrounds.

Freehold, NJ - A pie-eating contest will be held on the last day of the Monmouth County Fair, Sunday, July 31. That photo above is from the pie-eating contest at the fair last year.
The contest uses pies donated by Wemrock Orchards. There are 2 contests: Children age 12 and under will compete at 1 p.m., and ages 13 and up at 1:15 p.m.
Anyone interested in signing up for the pie-eating contest should register inside the Home & Garden tent starting at 11 a.m. on July 31. Winners take home a trophy.

The Monmouth County Fair is held in the East Freehold Showgrounds, Kozloski Road, Freehold from Wednesday-Sunday, July 27-31. The fair offers family fun with 4-H exhibits, rides, entertainment, home and garden competitions, opening night fireworks, and more! Fair hours are 5-11 p.m. on Wednesday-Friday, July 27-29; 3-11 p.m. on Saturday, July 30; and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday, July 31. Admission is $8 per person; children 12 and under are free.

The Monmouth County Fair is organized and presented by the Monmouth County Park System in cooperation with the Monmouth County 4-H Association.
