Port Monmouth First Aid Squad Accepted Into NJ EMS Task Force
The Port Monmouth First Aid Squad has recently been accepted as an agency in the New Jersey EMS Task Force.

PORT MONMOUTH, NJ — The Port Monmouth First Aid Squad, one of the five volunteer first aid squads in Middletown Township, has recently been accepted as an agency in the New Jersey EMS Task Force.
The NJ EMS Task Force provides New Jersey with a highly trained, equipped and specialized EMS resources to support operations at major incidents and pre-planned events using a well-coordinated, robust, all-hazards approach through the state’s Emergency Management System.
Recently, the NJ EMS Task Force provided needed post-hurricane assistance to the U.S. Virgin Islands with deployments of personnel and equipment, providing U.S. EMS coverage to the island.

Membership in the EMS Task Force will afford the squad specialized training, which will benefit the members, the squad and Middletown Township as a whole.
