MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Attention, Middletown parents: The following is a "child-find" notice Middletown public schools are required to distribute in the media to locate and identify local children in need of special help.
Parents/guardians who have concerns about the educational development of your child in the following areas:
- Communication
- Motor/Physical
- Cognitive
- Emotional
- Visual or Hearing
- Social

- A preschool child, including homeless and migrant, between the ages of 3-5 and not eligible for kindergarten in September, contact: Office of Student Services
- A school age child, including homeless and migrant, between the ages 6-21, contact: Office of Student Services, School Principal and/or Guidance Counselor
