Watch The March 19 Middletown Committee Meeting

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Provided by Middletown resident Don Watson, here is full video recording of the most recent Middletown Township Committee meeting, held Monday night, March 19.

The Township Committee introduced the 2018 budget and presented former Committeeman and now Monmouth County Freeholder Gerry Scharfenberger with accolades for his years of service.

Proclamations were read declaring April National Alcohol Awareness and Autism Awareness Month. A contract was awarded to hire a company to staff recreation programs. Protective fire clothing was authorized to be purchased; an online auction was approved to sell 10,000 cubic yards of leaf compost and approval was granted to allocate funds to pay for bills. A performance bond was released to Atlantic Pier Company.
