Primary Election Tuesday: Who's On Millburn Ballot, Where To Vote
Millburn Township Committee seats and a congressional seat are up for election this year. See the links to candidate profiles below.
MILLBURN, NJ — New Jersey's Primary Election Day is June 7.
In Millburn, five residents have registered so far to run for two Township Committee seats — three registered as Democrats and two as Republicans. Thus, the three Democrats will face off in the June 7 primary to get the party nomination to run for the two seats.

Two of the five current Millburn Township Committee members will leave office on Dec. 31, 2022.

Republicans
- Oyin Owolabi, a former Board of Education member
- Michael Rozansky, a retired small business owner
Democrats (with profiles)
- Michael Cohen, a retired financial professional
- Jeff Feld, an attorney and business owner
- Annette Romano, local Democratic party chair and former health and safety director with the American Red Cross.
Cohen and Romano were endorsed by the local Democratic party.
Democrats in Millburn can vote for any two of the above Democratic candidates on June 7. The winners will challenge the two Republican candidates in November.
Congressional
Voters in Millburn can also cast a ballot in New Jersey's 11th Congressional District race this year.
That seat is currently held by Rep. Mikie Sherrill, a Democrat who first won in 2018. She doesn't face a Democratic primary challenge in June. However, there are five Republicans vying to challenge her in November.
The Republican candidates for Sherrill's seat are Tayfun Selen, Paul DeGroot, Ruth McAndrew, Alexander R. Halter and Toby Anderson. Republican voters can choose one candidate on June 7 who will face Sherrill in November.

- May 31 – Last day one can apply for a Mail-In Ballot by Mail.
- June 2 – Last day for applications to receive primary election mail-in ballots by electronic means for qualified overseas civilian and military voters.
- June 3 through June 5 – In-person early voting period for the Primary Election. The hours on Friday and Saturday are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday the hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
- June 6 (by 3 p.m.) – Deadline for in-person mail-in ballot applications for the Primary Election.
- June 7 – Voters head to the polls to cast their ballots. Polls in New Jersey will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day.
