Gabe Harvey of Moorestown leads the 8 Lap Relay at the World Athlete Youth Indoor Track Meet held the Moorestown HS Athletic Center. Home team World Athlete Academy hosted its indoor meet series for the 11th season. Teams participating included Rancocas Valley Track Club and Burlington Township Track Club. There were several unaffiliated runners competing as well. In total, about 200 children age 3-14 entered this season's meet series.

The Rutgers Master Gardener Program of Burlington County will be giving 3 presentations on Saturday, May 9 at the opening of the Burlington County Farmers Market at the Burlington County Agricultural Center located at 500 Centerton Road in Moorestown NJ.
The presentations are:
9:30 am - 10:15 am - The Basic Care and Growing of Fig Trees (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee is required).
10:30 am to 11:15 am - Composting (no registration or fee).
11:30 am - 12:15 pm - The Basic Care and Growing of Hydrangeas (Seating is limited, registration &amp; $15.00 fee required).
All three presentations are near or at the Rutgers Demonstration plots (to the right of the Big Red Barn, next to the Community Gardens).
