Lourdes Hospitals Hosts One-Day Nursing Camp
Camp gives teens opportunity to learn about careers in nursing and healthcare

Lourdes hospitals, in conjunction with St. Francis Medical Center—a sister hospital through Lourdes’ parent organization Trinity Health, will each host a one-day nursing camp this summer.
At Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, the nursing camp will be held on Thursday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
At Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County in Willingboro, the nursing camp will be held on Wednesday, August 16, from 8:30 to 3:30.

At St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, the nursing camp will be held on Thursday, August 10, from 8:30 to 3:30.
The camp is open to teens age 12- to 14-years-old. Teens will have the opportunity to learn about nursing and healthcare careers, tour the hospital and interact with a variety of healthcare professionals.

There is no cost to attend but registration is limited. Interested teens must include an essay indicating interest in nursing or the healthcare field, and a letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor.
The deadline application for Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center is July 7. The deadline application for Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County and St. Francis Medical Center is August 1.
