Public Encouraged to Participate in Fairness Hearing & Township Settlement

Moorestown Affordable Housing Public Hearing – August 8, 2018 at 2pm, Mount Holly, New Jersey.

Notice of Fairness Hearing and Preliminary Compliance Determination on the Proposed Settlement of Moorestown Township’s (“Mount Laurel”) Affordable Housing Declaratory Judgment Action presided over by the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C.

A Public Hearing will be held at 2pm on the 7th Floor, Burlington County Court House, 49 Rancocas Road, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. Phone (609) 288-9500.

This is your LAST chance to be heard on the proposed affordable housing Moorestown sites; Pennrose, MRD, Nagle Tract, Moorestown Mall, K-Mart Shopping Center and Lenola Shopping Center.

You must send written notice of your objections in order to be heard at this public hearing. All written objections must be received by the parties listed below by Wednesday, July 25, 2018.

All written objections MUST be sent to the Honorable Judge Bookbinder at the mailing address noted above. No emails are required to be sent to Judge Bookbinder.

You MUST also send your written objections by Mail and Email to the attorneys assigned to this hearing. Their respective mailing and email addresses can be found in the attached link below:

Once this Settlement Agreement is approved by the court you will have no say whatsover about the choices of the sites. You may argue about site plans, setbacks, etc. but the sites listed above will be approved if this Settlement Agreement this gets approved by the Court on August 8, 2018.
