Salon Has New Owner

Bliss Hair Studio by Teri opened on Sunday, Feb. 12 under the ownership of Teri Belles

Belles worked for two years at the 770 Speedwell Ave. salon, but just bought it. Morris Plains Mayor Frank Druetzler cut the ribbon.

Belles has been a licensed beautician for 20 years, but this is the first salon she has owned.

“I was in and out of the business,” she said, “raising three kids.”

Staying in the business in the town she has lived in for 16 years is convenient. “The kids are in school here. My husband works for th Morris County Sheriff’s Department.”

Bliss Hair Studio is a full-service salon.
