1. 3 Men Had 146 Stolen Cases Of Red Bull, 17 Fake Food Stamp Cards: Bergen County Cops (patch.com) — Paramus police arrested three New York City men after a BJ's Wholesale Club on Route 17 was hit with an alleged organized theft of 146 cases of Red Bull and other merchandise, plus 17 blank EBT cards. Officers say a fourth suspect remains at large as they detail identity theft and credit card fraud charges tied to the case.

Bergen County Art in the Park (thelocalgirl.com) — Paramus residents can enjoy the 61st Annual Art in the Park this Sunday, October 10, at Van Saun County Park from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. More than 100 artists will showcase paintings, sculpture, photography, and mixed media, with live music from Particle Theory and free admission for all ages at the Forest Avenue park.

New $45M Bergen center aims to ease family caregiving strain (northjersey.com) — A new $45 million care center is rising at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, promising one-stop PACE services to help seniors stay in their homes while easing pressure on family caregivers. Opening around 2028, the 45,000-square-foot facility will bundle primary care, dental, adult day care, nutrition, childcare, and more, funded through phased county bonds designed to protect taxpayers.
   

4. 2026 Bergen County girls soccer tournament bracket, scores, schedule (northjersey.com) — Paramus girls soccer opens Bergen County tournament play on Oct. 11, traveling as the 23rd seed to face 10th-seeded North Arlington in a 24‑team bracket. Local fans can follow how far Paramus advances as higher seeds host early rounds before the finals on Oct. 31.
