Princeton Councilman Patrick Simon Makes Decision on Political Future
The councilman is up for re-election, but previously said he may run for mayor.

Princeton, NJ -- Princeton Councilman Patrick Simon won’t run for re-election to council, but also will not run for mayor, the Princeton Packet reports.
Simon, a Democrat, told the newspaper he will instead focus on serving out the rest of his term on council, according to the report. He was first elected in 2012, and re-elected in 2013.
He and fellow Democrat Jenny Crumiller were up for re-election this year. Simon had also reportedly been considering a run for mayor.
