About InComm Conferencing-Conference Operator

Global teleconferencing firm specializing in premium audio and web conferencing, multi-media streaming and collaboration tools.  We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to facilitate all aspects of our clients’ live conferencing events.  Training in our Glen Rock, NJ-based operations center is offered along with competitive compensation and generous benefits package.  This is an entry-level position.

Conference Specialist position requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Excellent customer service, email and phone etiquette

Strong, clear speaking voice

Well-organized with solid multi-tasking and time-management skills

Confident, self-motivated team player
