A 48-year-old Monmouth County man was charged with violating a restaining order by threatening to report “crack babies,” according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

One message said: “I will contact DYFS on your crack babies,” according to court records.

Parlavecchio called and left messages several times on July 20.

He was arrested on July 20 in Long Branch on $5000 bail.
