XChange Security Guard Masturbated At Concierge Desk, Police Say

SECAUCUS, NJ — A security guard at XChange was charged with masturbating while on the job, in view of the public, last week, said Secaucus Police.

A fellow co-worker called police to report that a security guard was masturbating while at the concierge desk last Tuesday, March 7.

He was masturbating in the presence of a co-worker, while working security at the Xchange building at 1000 Riverside Station Boulevard, said police.

On Saturday morning Rideef Scruggs, 36, of East Orange turned himself in to Secaucus Police headquarters.

He was criminally charged with one count of criminal sexual contact and one count of lewdness. He was released pending his first court hearing.
