The agenda also includes major bond ordinances for utility and capital improvements, appointments and recognitions, and closed-session discussions on personnel, contracts, and ongoing litigation affecting local projects.

• Loose Tire Slams Windshield, Injures Driver In South Brunswick (patch.com) — A serious crash on Route 1 in South Brunswick left a 59‑year‑old driver injured after a loose tire from an oncoming vehicle bounced over the median and smashed through her windshield. Emergency crews worked about 30 minutes to free her before transporting her to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, while the other driver received a summons for failing to maintain the vehicle.
