• Bernknopf tosses five first-half TD passes to power Dayton past Bound Brook, 43-12 (cjsportsradio.com) — Dayton's football team gave Springfield fans plenty to cheer about Thursday night, rolling past Bound Brook 43–12 at home behind five first‑half touchdown passes from senior quarterback Adrian Bernknopf. With a running clock after halftime and reserves finishing the game, the Bulldogs secured their first win of the season in convincing fashion.
