“These events will bring Bergen County together to honor the important contributions made by African American soldiers in shaping our nation,” Bergen County Executive Kathleen Donovan said in the news release.
“Artwork also helps tell the story of the African American culture and history,” said Donovan. “Displaying the work of a local talented artist like Moses Groves reminds us of the resilience of the African American spirit.”
One Bergen Plaza is displaying ten paintings by the Teaneck artist on the fifth floor, the news release said.
