Bloomingdale Barber Shop Celebrates Grand Opening

Main Street shop offers men cuts, blowdrying and shaves.

Bloomingdale's newest barber shop is celebrating its grand opening this week after opening its doors two months ago on Main Street.

The shop, simply called Bloomingdale Barbershop, is located at 125 Main Street (across from the Bloomingdale Post Office) and offers men haircuts ($11), shaves ($7) and blowdrying ($3). As for styles of haircut, the shop specializes in regular cuts, fades, flat tops, tape ups and skin fades.

Manager Jacob Snouti said the shop has seen a steady flow of customers since opening, but he is hoping to see more in the future. As with any barber shop, he said, the business must establish itself in the community to gain customers.
