Summit Old Guard Speaker Program - Navigating the Healthcare Maze

On June 16th our speakers will be Kiran Mulgund and Nancy DiGangi. Kiran Mulgund is owner and executive director of Care Builders
and Nancy DiGangi, RN a clinical liaison for Journey Hospice, will give a guide to the many transitions of care, such as hospital to rehab, home health, etc.

The Summit Area Old Guard is a social, educational, and recreational organization that serves men of retirement age. We meet Tuesdays, 9:30am, at the New Providence Presbyterian Church located at 1307 Springfield Ave – we encourage visitation, and all are welcome. Our motto is “Come for the Programs.
