Had the oil changed in my wife's SUV here. Got all 3 of my vehicles washed here, or the other carwash on Broadway.
Wife complained that braked felt soft. When I checked the brakes, I found that the cap on the master cylinder was missing. Never put back on. I had to purchase a new cap from the dealer.
I called , left a message, because the manager was not in. That was mid August, as of today, 8/26/13, never received a return call.
They lost my business. 3 cars, wash and oil changes. A lot of business to lose over a $35.00 item.
Poor customer service.
