MIDLAND PARK, N.J. – June 14, 2013 – LAN Associates (LAN), headquarted in Midland Park, NJ, recently announced that its vice president, Steven Ramiza, PE and LEED AP, was honored as a Cornerstone Honoree at the 10-year anniversary commemoration of Build with Purpose (formerly known as READS), a Metuchen, NJ-based non-profit organization that develops real estate projects including charter schools, affordable housingprojects and nonprofit centers. The event thanked a group of ten honorees for their critical contributions to the success of the organization and their passion and commitment to Build with Purpose’s mission.

Ramiza has worked with Build with Purpose on more than 20 projects throughout the region. Some of the more notable projects include: Marion P. Thomas Charter School, Sussex County Community Charter School for Technology, Pride Academy Charter School, All Saints Veterans Housing Project, and Paradise Park Homeowners Association. LAN’s role in these projects include environmental due diligence, building inspections, and engineering and architectural design.
