THE GYM Montvale, a premier fitness center and health club in Bergen County, is pleased to announce the launch of additional Kettlebell Trial Classes and a Mother’s Day Raffle for members.
Kettlebell classes will be offered on Monday nights in May at 6:30 pm with Jay Lally. Members should contact the front desk to sign up.
In honor of Mother’s Day, female members of THE GYM Montvale can drop a ticket with their name on it into a bowl, one time only, before May 12th to be entered to win a special spa treatment at the premier Elizabeth Roche Med Spa in Montvale. The raffle winner will be announced on Monday, May 13.
