Ars Musica Chorale Performance of "Darkness into Light" at St. John's in Hillsdale
The Ars Musica Chorale will make their debut performance at St. John's on March 15 at 5:00 pm

All are invited to attend Ars Musica Chorale’s performance “Darkness into Light” on Sunday, March 15 at 5:00 pm! Performance will be held in the beautiful acoustic and architecture of the 1,200-seat St. John the Baptist Church, located at 69 Valley Street in Hillsdale NJ.
Ars Musica is comprised of professional singers and dedicated amateurs and is under the direction of Maestro Dusty Francis. Joining them to perform at this concert will be Encore Young Artists and Joshua Groffman, Composer-in-Residence. The evening’s performance will adhere to the highest standards, as talented musicians uphold the heritage of greatness and beauty in choral music.
“Darkness into Light” brings together two major works - Zoltán Kodály’s beautiful Missa Brevis and Leonard Bernstein’s soothing yet youthful Chichester Psalms - with a stunning new piece by Joshua Groffman. There will also be a pre-concert talk with composer Joshua Groffman beginning at 4:00 pm.

Tickets for “Darkness into Light” will be offered at the special rate of $10 per person and will be available for purchase at the door. Children 12 and under admitted free. Light refreshments donated by Sugarflake Bakery will follow the performance in the Parish Center.
