Many thanks to the replies regarding my first "mystery photo" posted last month.  Over the past several weeks I have made two extensive visits to my/our future home of Westwood.  I had taken many photos and even a few videos.  The first mystery photo turned out to be the Senior Citizens complex just off the of the railroad tracks on the northern edge of downtown. I've got another "noggin-scratcher" for you to work on.  I have two questions: 1) Can you ID the photo for me? and 2) As you are able, can you provide me with a brief background/history of this structure?  Thanks again.
