A great way to rev up your cardio workout is Interval Training.
A great way to rev up your cardio workout is Interval Training. It is simply alternating bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. An example is sprinting at a fast pace on the treadmill for 30 seconds alternated with walking for one minute. You would continue that pattern for anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes. Benefits of Interval Training include increased aerobic capacity, higher calorie burn, and more variety in your workout.
