Can you believe it’s September? Where did the summer go? It was only a couple weeks ago I was writing about tips to help you improve your health and appearance for the summer.
We all tend to think more about appearance in the summer and “health” becomes more top of mind in the fall. However, it’s August – not fall yet! – and some of us are looking in the mirror thinking, “I hope I didn’t delete those tips, because boy, I’m not in the shape I wanted to be by this point of the summer!”
If this is happening to you, it’s time to start making a few changes.

One of the simplest things to think about is doing the opposite of what you’ve done all summer. If you sat around for the first part of the summer without exercising, get moving now. If you are working out at home, get back in the gym. It is never too late to improve your health. So what that it’s August “already”! If you make a few changes now, August will come again next year and you’ll be in a much better state of mind, and physical health and wellness.
There is no greater loss then the loss of time!
