Enroll for Bergen County Citizen’s Police Academy Class
Deadline to register is Sept. 15

County residents ages 18 and older can sign up for the Bergen County Citizen's Police Academy through Thursday.
The nine-week course is designed to teach participants about law enforcement policies and tactics, the Bergen County sheriff said in a news release.
“I have spent my career working hard to protect Bergen County residents, and a large part of that work involves building positive relationships with the community,” Sheriff Michael Saudino said. “Our Citizen’s Police Academy gives residents firsthand knowledge of the important work police do in their towns to enhance public safety and prevent crime.”
